We do not offer refunds for a 'change of mind'. If you have purchased an item and you are not happy with the item (wrong size) you may exchange the item or obtain a store credit within 7 days of receiving the item. 

Returns must be requested within 72 hours of receiving your item and returned to us within 7 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. You must provide to us the returned goods with tags attached, the payment details (refunds can only be paid to the credit card used at purchase).

*Goods that have been worn will not be accepted for change of mind. You must return all goods with original packaging.

When returning goods please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition. Including tags, boxes, casing, etc. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning. 

1. Email our team at info@passbyathletics.com with your order number and reason for return. 

2. We’ll provide return instructions. 

3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty. 

FAULTY ITEMS If you have received a faulty item please email us at info@passbyathletics.com with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by the Pass.By team. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.

Tracking will be supplied when order is dispatched Orders received before 5pm AEST will be shipped the following business day in most cases. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday.
