Returns Info
We do not offer refunds for a 'change of mind'. If you have purchased an item and you are not happy with the item (wrong size) you may exchange the item or obtain a store credit within 7 days of receiving the item.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Sale items are final sale unless faulty.
*Goods that have been worn will not be accepted for change of mind. You must return all goods with original packaging.
When returning goods please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition. Including tags, boxes, casing, etc.
1. Email our team at info@passbyathletics.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions.
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or store credit within 5 business days.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
FAULTY ITEMS If you have received a faulty item please email us at info@passbyathletics.com with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by the Pass.By team. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.

Tracking will be supplied when order is dispatched Orders received before 5pm AEST will be shipped the following business day in most cases. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday.
